How we protect your M2.
The BMW Comfort Access system, while convenient, is among the most commonly exploited keyless entry systems in Australia. A relay amplifier held outside your window or front door can unlock and start an M2 without ever holding the key. IGLA integrates invisibly into the BMW CAN-bus and requires a PIN entered via factory BMW buttons — adding a layer of protection that no relay device or key clone can overcome.

Will IGLA affect the BMW M2 iDrive or driving modes?

No. IGLA is a passive CAN-bus device and does not interfere with iDrive, driving modes, M Sport features or any other BMW system. Once the PIN is entered, the car operates completely normally.
Can I set my own PIN on the BMW M2?

Yes. You set your own PIN using factory BMW buttons — typically the steering wheel or M drive buttons. The PIN is known only to you and can be changed at any time.
